Everybody should consider these tests, or at least some of these tests, and the reason is this to avoid the leading causes of mortality like heart attack, heart disease, high blood pressure, stroke, type 2 diabetes, Alzheimer's, dementia. These tests that we're going to talk about in today's program can help to catch potential health issues early and empower you to take proactive steps towards longevity and vitality. Now that I mentioned some of those diseases there, you know I don't claim to diagnose, treat or cure any diseases, but what we do is we get to the root cause of the problem and we help you with the early detection. So these 10 tests are like I said they were curated in my high-performance health coaching certification program, but I bring that into our optimized program so that I can help you to find which tests are the best for you at this particular time, or I can curate a list and help you schedule every single one of these lists to be able to optimize your health.

So, number one. Number one is annual blood work with an advanced lipid profile. Now, annual blood work is foundational for addressing overall health and that's why I say I practice integrative health and not alternative medicine. I cannot run your full annual blood work. This is why you need your medical doctor, your primary care physician, your naturopathic doctor, to be able to run this annual blood work. The advanced lipid profile goes beyond the standard cholesterol tests to include markers like LDL, particle size and lipoprotein A. This test helps assess your risk for heart disease, other cardiovascular conditions, by providing a more detailed picture of your cholesterol and lipid levels, which are crucial for heart health.

All right, number two on our list the Big Five Lab Bundle. You've heard me talk about this before. The Big Five Labs are comprehensive lab tests designed to evaluate your body's key systems, Systems like digestion, energy, hormones, inflammation, toxins. This package provides insights into nutrient deficiencies, hormonal imbalances and toxic overloads that can lead to chronic diseases. The Big Five is a powerful tool to optimize your health and prevent the onset of serious conditions, and this is something that I offer to my private wellness practice clients at Love Energy Wellness in our New Beginnings program and also in the Optimize program. You know, and it's not just lab results If you just run these labs, it also comes with a lab review call and a very comprehensive personalized wellness plan based on the lab results.

Number three the CLEARLY heart analysis. And if you're going to look that up, that is spelled C-L-E-E-R-L-Y heart analysis. So the CLEARLY heart analysis uses advanced imaging to evaluate plaque buildup in the coronary arteries. So, unlike traditional tests that measure cholesterol levels, this analysis visualizes the arteries to identify the presence, the type and the risk of plaque, giving a more accurate assessment of heart disease risk and the potential for heart attacks. So the clearly heart analysis is number three. Next is number four lifeline screening. You may have seen this one advertised on social media. Lifeline screening offers a series of tests that focus on early detection of cardiovascular diseases, stroke and other serious health conditions. It includes carotid artery ultrasounds, abdominal aortic aneurysm screenings and peripheral arterial disease tests, all of which are crucial for assessing the risk of stroke and other vascular issues. All right, moving on.

Speaker 1:

Number five, the Simon One non-contrast MRI, and this is for the torso or just the head, or both, which would be well, actually full body, which would cover the entire head to toe body. And Simon One's not the only company out there, but right now they're the most economical one. There are others, but again, this is a non-contrast MRI and this MRI scan provides a detailed image of your body without the use of contrast agents which can be harmful. It's particularly useful for detecting early signs of disease in the torso, in the head and the full body. Now, this test can identify issues like tumors, aneurysms and other abnormalities that may not yet be causing symptoms but could develop into serious conditions if left untreated.

Okay, number six. It's called the grail test and there's also another that's called the one test, o, O-N-E ONE test. So the GRAIL test, or similar early detection blood tests, screen for multiple types of cancer by identifying tumor-derived DNA in the bloodstream. This cutting-edge test can detect cancers at their earliest stages test can detect cancers at their earliest stages. That's when you want to discover if you have a cancer issue, because if you know, would you rather know when you have stage one or would you rather find out when you have stage four? So it's easier to be able to reverse these things when they're discovered early, often before symptoms appear, which significantly improves the chances of successful treatment and survival.

Okay, number seven is called the FIT test, F-I-T or there's also another one called COLOGARD, C-O-L-O-G-U-A-R-D. In the FIT test the FIT stands for phycoimmunochemical test and Cologuard. These are both non-invasive stool tests that screen for specific colorectal cancer. These tests detect hidden blood in the stool or DNA changes that may indicate cancer or precancerous growths in the colon. So early detection through these tests can prevent colorectal cancer from progressing to a more severe stage. And more often than not insurance will cover this test on. I forget if it's every two years or every three years, but yeah, most insurances will cover that test.

Speaker 1:

Number eight cancer VO2 max test or the CRF test plus a grip test. The VO2 max test measures your cardiovascular fitness by assessing how efficiently your body uses oxygen, as you may have guessed from the O2 and VO2, specifically during exercise. And then the CRF, which stands for cardio respiratory fitness test, combined with a grip strength test, gives a comprehensive view of your overall fitness level and it can predict longevity. So high levels of crf and grip strength are associated with reduced risk of heart disease, diabetes and premature death. This is a very easy test to be done, very inexpensive and it's part of our longevity program.

For these 10 vitality tests, Number nine an annual physical. It's kind of a no-brainer, but adding in an EKG if possible. So an annual physical, as you know, it's a comprehensive health check that includes vital signs, blood pressure and a physical examination of the entire body. Adding an EKG, which is an electrocardiogram, to your annual physical helps detect heart abnormalities such as arrhythmias or evidence of a past heart attack, which can be crucial for preventing sudden cardiac events.

Speaker 1:

And number 10 in this list of our 10 vitality tests is what we refer to as the MyDNAge test, D-N-A-G-E test. And the MyDNAge test measures your biological age by assessing the DNA methylation patterns in your cells. This test offers some amazing insights into how fast your body is aging at a cellular level and how your lifestyle choices are affecting your health. By knowing your biological age, you can take steps to actually slow down, stop and reverse the aging process that's right and reduce the risk of age-related disease. So it's clear that these 10 tests are powerful tools for understanding your health risks and taking proactive steps to enhance your vitality and your longevity. So by incorporating them into your routine, you can stay ahead of potential health issues and live a longer, healthier life. Now you don't have to do every one of these tests every year. There are some that you can do once and then maybe wait, you know, do every three years, like the full body MRI. But I do recommend you know the annual blood work, the annual physical. I recommend doing the big five lab tests on an annual basis. Basically, if you can do every one of these once and then of, we can customize a plan for you in our Optimize program.
